Head & Foot Boards

The blow-molded bed ends are
lightweight, durable, and easy to
clean. They are high-quality and
compatible with steam cleaning.
For quick access to the patient’s
head in emergencies, the caregiver
can easily remove the bed ends by
grasping the handholds and lifting
them in a single step. Additionally,
the bed ends feature integrated steel
fittings, providing exceptional strength
so the nursing staff can move the bed
confidently.

Rail Board

The parallel side rails of the
4090EC1 feature a unique
and stylish design, crafted
from a combination of
blow-molded plastic and
steel bars to ensure protective
height and length.
These rails meet the highest

Central Locking Casters

The 150 mm anti-static central locking casters
operate smoothly, making it significantly easier
for nursing staff to move the bed. The foot pedals
facilitate effortless switching between the three
modes of the central locking system, allowing
smooth and controlled single-person transportation
within medical centers:
– Safe central locking (down)
– Easy maneuvering and positioning (middle)
– Fast directional movement (up)

Nurse Control Panel

The easy to use Attendant Control Panel (ACP) with illustrated push buttons located at the foot end of the bed provides all the required positions, including CPR, Trendelenburg, Reverse Trend. To decrease the risk of patient falls or positioning of the bed without nursing staff supervision, the attendant control panel is equipped with nurse lock buttons. As the ACP has IP66 rating, it is resistant against dust and water.

Handset Control

User-friendly handset control with illustrative schematics makes it simple and easy for the patient and caregiver to adjust the bed with different positions. The pendant controller can be placed on both side rails for easy access. As the controller has IP66 rating, it is resistant to dust and water.

Actuators

All positions of this bed are achieved by powerful, reliable, and low noise actuators. As the actuators have IP66 rating, they are protected against ingression of dust and water. This prominent feature of actuators makes it easy to clean and disinfect the bed in the medical centres on a regular basis.

Urine Bag Holder

The bed is equipped with a urine bag holder which can be easily installed on either side of the bed.

CPR Mechanism

Two CPR quick release handles are located on either side of the bed for easy and fast access in the case of an emergency. The manual quick-release mechanism operates independently from the electrical CPR of the bed that makes it fully operational even if the power is cut off.

Bumpers

Innovative rotary bumpers which are located on four corners of 4090EC1 can prevent to a large extent the damages that may occur due to unwanted collision of the bed to the surroundings during transportation.

Mattress Platforms

The ABS mattress platforms of this bed areproduced by injection moulding method. These platforms have some remarkable features such as smooth surfaces, high durability, and easy to remove for cleaning and disinfection. Plus, the mattress platforms are compatible for steam cleaning. Holes on the mattress platform let the air ventilate freely under the mattress.
